Sharing Research for Business Excellence
School of Business Research Showcase 2023
Sharing Research for Business Excellence is an annual event presented to government, industry and Defence stakeholders and the wider ACT community to showcase the latest research by the 91³ÉÈ˰涶ÒôSchool of Business.
School of Business academics present their research in a number of different formats, including a series of lively, pre-recorded 60 second research pitches, research posters, and publication displays that demonstrate the breadth and depth of the School’s research capabilities and outputs. Researchers are present at the event, allowing participants the opportunity to talk with them directly and ask questions about their research, and discover opportunities for engagement and collaboration.
This year’s showcase was held on 14th September in the Peninsula room at the National Museum of Australia. Below, you'll find a selection of research outputs and photos from the event.

Research Posters
The School of Business Research Showcase featured an impressive array of research posters, offering a glimpse into the breadth and depth of the School's interdisciplinary research capability. These posters delved into pressing issues such as sexual harassment in the Australian workplace, the impact of remote work on public servants during the pandemic, and policy initiatives like The Australian Policy Handbook. The School also explored leadership in times of crisis, innovative solutions for supply chain sustainability, and the intricacies of workplace dynamics, from bullying to emotion management. This selection of posters reflects the School of Business's commitment to fostering a holistic understanding of the complex challenges and opportunities faced by organisations and businesses.
