Anindita R. Bannya is a Ph.D. candidate in the School of Management and Governance at the UNSW Business School. She received her Master of HRM and IR from the University of Sydney. Anindita's research focuses on how workplace relationships shape and are shaped by HRM practices. She has a strong interest in researching diversity and inclusion at work, why diversity practice implementation gaps exist, and what can reduce these gaps. She has published as a first author on HRM journal (A start journal). Her review of social exchange theory and how it is applied in HR research on front line managers is published in the Research Handbook on Line Managers. She tutors undergrad and postgrad courses including MGMT2718, MGMT3001, MGMT5908.
