Hou Cheung (Andrew) Ng
Andrew is a full-time PhD student at UNSW Business School's School of Management and Governance. With a professional background in Human Resources in the hotels and recruitment industry, his primary research interest is to understand line manager's HRM practice implementation behaviour. This interest is inspired by his experience working with supervisors across departments and from different backgrounds on various HR initiatives. He is also passionate about teaching, and had been a tutor for Human Resource Management, Strategic Human Resource Management, and Negotiating in Global Context at UNSW.
