Our research in quality primary healthcare reform and innovation focuses on the role of primary health care in improving health and social care integration by ensuring seamless, effective and efficient care. This care reflects the whole of a person鈥檚 health needs. Our objectives are to improve health and wellbeing, consumers' experience and system efficiency and effectiveness.
