AGSM @ UNSW Business School Open and Custom executive education programs once again ranked among the world鈥檚 best in 2019 latest Financial Times Rankings. AGSM ranked 36th globally in the combined rankings for Open and Custom programs. AGSM is the only Australian school to be included in the combined annual rankings of the world鈥檚 best executive education programs.聽

Magnus Gittins, Director Executive Education said, 鈥樷橶e are continuously improving our programs to deliver a world-class experience. This year we are developing contemporary leadership programs to be added to the Short Courses portfolio; including Leading Digital Transformation, the Directors鈥 Colloquium and a new course for high-potential, emerging leaders. AGSM Short Courses are designed to equip leaders with practical, experiential learning to make an impact in today鈥檚 accelerated world. AGSM鈥檚 Open Programs, for direct enrolment, are ranked 40th globally, up four places from 2018. AGSM is the only Australian school to feature in the rankings of the world鈥檚 top 50 Executive Education Open Programs.聽 AGSM鈥檚 Custom Programs ranked 43rd globally making AGSM number three in Asia-Pacific. This is AGSM鈥檚 first time participating in the Custom Rankings in four years. Schools that feature in both Open and Custom rankings are eligible for the combined ranking with the top 50 schools are calculated according to an equal weighting of the total scores achieved in the both rankings, rather than an average of ranking positions.聽

  • AGSM is the highest scoring returning entrant for these rankings: This is AGSM鈥檚 first time participating in the Custom Rankings in the past four years. This result reflects AGSM鈥檚 continuous improvement for AGSM Short Courses portfolio, as AGSM consistently receives strong and positive feedback from our clients who have completed our programs.

Open Programs:

  • Female course participation (50%): demonstrating AGSM鈥檚 drive towards equal opportunities across all programs and a diversity in business leadership
  • Follow up: ranked number one in Asia-Pacific in terms of connecting Executive Education clients with Executive Education community after course completion
  • Facilities: ranked number one in Australia for an adaptive learning environment for quality, convenience and access to supported resources
