Christie is a Forensic Psychologist with Justice Health and Forensic Mental Health Network, and researcher within UNSW School of Clinical Medicine's Forensic Mental Health Research team. Her research primarily focuses on the mental health of people in prison, suicide and self-harm in prison, and continuity of mental health care between prison and the community.
