I undertook my Bachelor's of Exercise Physiology at UNSW, completed my Honours and currently undergoing my PhD with UNSW and NeuRA. Alongside my research, I work clinically as an exercise physiologist within a multidisciplinary clinic. I am currently in my PhD, where I am working in the space of chronic low back pain. Through my work as an exercise physiologist and PhD candidate, I endeavour to further my knowledge and skills with the aim to guide individuals towards their value-driven goals.聽

I have led one qualitative paper and contributed to another that have explored patients' and clinicians' experiences within the topic of chronic low back pain. I particularly enjoy conducting clinician-based research and hope to continue gaining insights into their experiences in clinical practice and finding ways to improve implementation of chronic low back pain management, to ultimately improve patient health.聽
