Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical)(Biomedical)(Honours Class 1), University of Sydney, 2013
PhD in Chemical Engineering, University of New South Wales, 2017
Dr Jonathan Yeow is a Lecturer in the Graduate School of Biomedical Engineering and an Honorary Research Associate in the Department of Bioengineering at Imperial College London. Jonathan received his First Class Honours in Biomedical Engineering at the University of Sydney (also majoring in Chemistry) before moving to UNSW to commence his doctoral studies in Prof Cyrille Boyer's lab in the Department of Chemical Engineering. He then undertook postdoctoral training with a short-term visit to Dr Juan P茅rez-Mercader's lab in the Origins of Life Initiative at Harvard University before moving in 2019 to commence a Marie-Curie fellowship in Prof Molly Stevens' lab at Imperial College London.聽Jonathan works primarily at the interface of chemical and biomedical engineering with particular interest in the areas of polymer design, synthesis and self-assembly. His current research focuses on applying synthetically-derived polymers as therapeutics for applications across nanomedicine, drug delivery and bioengineering.
