ARTIST STATEMENT
Creating this major project has been both the most entertaining and challenging task of my entire creative journey and academic experience. I鈥檝e never had to deal with a project so hands on and demanding, though the whole process and experience has been so fulfilling. My role for creating this music video was a very broad one, which included directing, producing, cinematographer, and editor. Honestly it has been a dream aspiration for me to complete such a project so I was in no way apprehensive in creating such a large scaled project as I was driven with such a strong motive.听 The music video, titled 鈥減assy鈥, was first just a passion project for my friend who produces Australian pop rap songs under the title MISTYA. The song itself represents the rapper himself exploring both his and his friends own life experiences, depicting their lives as they pursue through challenges, hustle for money and cause some mischief. The entirety of the video/song is a fun and satirical twist on the typical aussie rap genre.

I am Kian Biazar, a digital media artist and editor studying a bachelor of Media Arts. I specialize in all forms of media production & multimedia.
