ARTIST STATEMENT
As an artist and storyteller, I consistently return to the theme of beauty in the mundane. To explore this concept, I began noting daily experiences and epiphanies to generate story. This one was inspired by an afternoon with a friend as we shared a slurpee and visited a curious textiles warehouse in Surry Hills.

ARTIST INTRODUCTION
I am an aspiring concept/story artist working in digital art, traditional sketching and animation. Fostering a love of drawing and creating characters from a young age, my practice has evolved through the online art space, sharing and engaging with fellow artists and fans of various media. Having graduated with a BMA in 2023 and now embarking on my Honours year, I am situating my work in a practice of observation, using my own experiences and epiphanies to generate story.
