A biogeochemical engineer and environmental technologist, Professor Waite is head of the Waite Research Group in the Water Research Centre. He鈥檚 also the Executive Director and CEO of the UNSW Centre for Transformational Environmental Technologies (CTET), a Yixing-based R&D centre established five years ago.

When Scientia Associate Professor Min Zheng accepted a position at the Water Research Centre (WRC) in early 2024, he had a strategy in mind.
