Research Posters
The School of Business Research Showcase presented an impressive collection of research posters, highlighting the breadth and depth of the School's interdisciplinary research strengths. The posters addressed critical issues, including merit-based recruitment in the public sector, supply chain risk management, breaking gender barriers in project management, the well-being of older workers when working from home, and unraveling the complexities of micromanagement in the workplace. The research further explored topics such as the influence of leaders' personal lives on work outcomes, substance use within Australian orchestras, antibiotic dispensing practices in Bangladesh, workplace safety in emerging ways of work, the relational dynamics of citizen science, event-driven risk assessment in supply chains, academic misconduct drivers, and Lifelong Learning at 91³ÉÈ˰涶Òôthrough microcredentialled courses. This diverse range of research underscores the School's dedication to fostering a comprehensive understanding of the intricate challenges and opportunities facing modern organisations and businesses.
