Being a part of聽a Student Project聽gives you a unique approach to project-based learning. By working as a聽multi-disciplinary team,听you have the opportunity to develop your professional leadership skills, and well as have a聽complex project management聽experience that reaches far beyond the boundaries of your engineering degree.

UNSW Engineering graduates have worked with companies like聽,听,听聽or have established their own start-up ventures as a result of their experience in our Student Projects!

From working on projects in Australia, to North America, to Poland! Student Projects can take you to compete in competitions聽across the world聽while gaining valuable hands-on project experience.

By joining a multidisciplinary team, working with students across all areas of engineering and international development, you develop meaningful connections that can turn into life-long friendships.

6. Industrial Training

To graduate from UNSW Engineering, all students must complete a minimum of 60 days of approved Industrial Training. Not only do you graduate with some real on-the-job experience, you also qualify for accreditation by Engineers Australia.聽Select Student Projects can qualify for up to 30 days of Non-Traditional Industrial Training. 7.聽Up-skill in our UNSW Makerspaces

Have you ever been in one of our聽? Almost all of the projects within The ChallENG Program come to life in our Makerspace Network at UNSW Sydney! You have the聽opportunity to up-skill聽through workshop development training and digital badging credentialing. Click聽聽to access the online hub of tutorials, information and classes on how to make, fabricate and create!
