We are committed to supporting students to thrive and to we currently support over 150 students with Scholarships from the Faculty, Industry and Philanthropic donors. We also offer Over 40 scholarships available for Rural, Women in Engineering and Indigenous students as well as scholarships for merit, equity and school specific scholarships in addition to a range of University Scholarships.

Scholarship Value and Duration Program Eligibility Origin Foundations Grant King Indigenous Scholarships

$25,000 p.a. towards residential fees + $5,000 p.a. stipend for standard program duration
Assists Indigenous students commencing an undergraduate degree program in the Faculty of Science or Faculty of Engineering at UNSW. The Scholarship will be paid as accommodation fees directly to the accommodation provider.The recipients will also receive a UNSW President and Vice-Chancellors Equity Scholarship (UGCE1319) valued at $5,000 per annum stipend for the duration of a single or double degree program.Ìý Students must have applied and received an offer to UNSW Shalom College or another UNSW on-campus accommodation provider to be eligible.

The purpose of the scholarship is to encourage, and support disadvantaged rural students from regional or remote areas studying a Bachelor of Engineering (Honours) program at the UNSW Faculty of Engineering. Enrolment in a double degree is also permissible.

The purpose of the Scholarship to is to encourage a high school leaver to study a Bachelor of Engineering (Honours) and Master of Engineering (BE ME) in Electrical Engineering at the UNSW Faculty of Engineering. Supports students from low socio-economic* background undertaking study in the School of Computer Science & Engineering at UNSW.*Based on residential address at the time of application. Residential address must be identified by the Australian Bureau of Statistics as being in the lowest 25% of socioeconomic disadvantage in Australia.
