Before submitting your application to become a conjoint, contact the Head of School, Campus, Discipline, Centre or Research Institute you’d like to work with to learn more about the opportunities for partnerships that currently exist. 

You’ll also need to review the information below:

When you apply online for a conjoint title at UNSW Medicine & Health, you’ll need to include some documents with your application. Please ensure you have these documents ready to upload:

  • an updated CV
  • confirmation of your current employment (i.e., certificate of service from employer, employment status e.g., permanent, fixed term contract) and your employee ID number, if applicable
  • education details
  • contact details for two professional referees (these are not required for renewals)
  • APHRA number (registration details), if applicable
  • copy of identification (e.g., passport, driver’s licence)
  • details of indemnity insurance, if applicable
  • your proposed teaching and/or research activities and contributions
  • previous teaching and/or research activities and contributions, if applicable.

Once you have completed these sections, click ‘Submit Application’. You'll receive an email confirmation of your application.
