The research study is looking recruit people who meet the following criteria:
• 18 - 50 years old
• Refractive error (glasses prescription) no greater than +/- 6.00D spherical equivalent and no greater than +/- 3.00D cylinder.
• Good vision (VA at least 6/6 right and left)

The research study is looking recruit people who meet the following criteria:
• Between 18-30 years of age
• Are in good general health and not taking any medication.
• Have healthy eyes.
• Able to read and comprehend English and give informed consent as demonstrated by signing a record of informed consent.
• Involved in weightlifting/gym-based resistance training for at least 1 year, at least 3 sessions per week OR
Have NO history of weightlifting/gym-based resistance training (for the control group)
• Willing to undergo the tests outlined in the information statement.
• Willing to be notified of any eye health findings detected by the investigators. In these instances, participants will be referred to the UNSW Optometry clinic for an appointment, conducted by or overseen by a qualified optometrist at no charge to the participant.
