Bio

I am a full-time Research Assistant at the Implementation to Impact (i2i) lab within the School of Population Health at UNSW. I hold a dual Master鈥檚 degree in Public Health and Health Leadership and Management and completed an Honours degree in Medical Science, where I investigated the effects of time-restricted feeding of palatable cafeteria-style diets on cognition and anxiety-like behavior in rodents.

My research primarily focuses on the application of implementation science frameworks to improve healthcare delivery and outcomes through designing and integrating innovative tools for healthcare. I specialize in leveraging evidence-based strategies to drive behavioral change and enhance health outcomes across both organizational and community contexts.

My research also explores sustainability, focusing on behavioral mechanisms that drive the adoption of environmentally conscious practices like electric vehicles. I aim to translate research into practice to promote public health and environmental sustainability.
