UNSW offers easy-to-follow guides to help with common printing problems including how to change your PIN and manage print credits.Ìý

  • If you encounter issues with payment for print jobs, please choose one of the following options:Ìý

    Option 1: Contact Monitor Print Solutions by phone at (02) 9385 3757.Ìý

    Option 2: Visit the Print/Copy Services desk at (F21) UNSW Main Library, Level 2.Ìý

    When contacting either option, please provide the following information:Ìý

    Printer Asset Number: Located on a metallic blue and silver sticker, usually on top of the printer.Ìý

    Printer Location: Include the building name/number, level, and room where the printer is located or nearest to.Ìý

  • Steps to change your PIN:

    1. If you've forgotten your PIN,ÌýÌý
    2. Log in using your zID and zPass.
    3. Select "Change Your Settings" from the left-hand menu.
    4. Click on the "Account PIN" tab, located near the centre of the page.
    5. ÌýEnter and confirm your new 4-digit PIN.
    6. Click "Change" to save your new PIN.
  • Method 1: Online

    1. Log in using your zID and zID Password.
    2. On the right-hand side of the page, click on "Add Value".
    3. Enter the amount you want to add to your card, then click "Pay". You can only use a card with credit functionality via this web page. If you only have a debit card, use one of the Print Pay Stations on campus.
    4. You'll be redirected to the "Online Payments" page. Confirm your details and click "Process Payment".
    5. Select the "Visa, Mastercard, JCB, or Amex" button.
    6. Enter your credit card details to complete the transaction.

    Method 2: At A Pay Station on campus

    Pay stations can be found at the following locations:

    Follow the on-screen prompts to recharge your UNSW ID card for printing.

    Option 2:ÌýVisit the Print/Copy Services desk at (F21) UNSW Main Library, Level 2.

    When contacting either option, please have the following information ready:

    • Printer Asset Number: Found on a metallic blue and silver sticker, usually on top of the printer.
    • Printer Location: Include the building name/number, level, and room where the printer is located or nearest to.
    • Resource the Printer is Low/Out of (e.g., paper, toner).
